Apple Crisp
Apple Crisp is an moderately easy dinner. Made with butter (for baking dish), pinch of salt, 1/2 c. flour, 3/4 c. sugar and 1 tsp. cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Butter a baking dish large enough to hold apples in a shallow layer.
Mix the salt, flour, cinnamon and sugar; work in butter. Mixture will be fairly crumbly.
Distribute flour-sugar mixture over the top of apples.
Bake at 375Β° for about 45 minutes, or until apples are done and crust is brown.
Serve warm with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
