Apple Cider Salad

Made with 2 1/4 tsp. unflavored gelatin, 2 2/3 tbsp. cold water, 1 tsp. liquid artificial sweetener, 1 c. apple juice (unsweetened) and 1 tbsp. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Soften gelatin in cold water.
Combine liquid artificial sweetener, apple juice, lemon juice and salt.
Heat and add gelatin mixture, stirring until gelatin dissolves.
Cool until mixture begins to thicken.
Fold in applesauce.
Chill until set in individual molds.
