Apple Butter Bread
Apple Butter Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. self-rising flour, 1 c. granulated sugar, 1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon, 2 eggs and 1 c. (2 sticks) butter, melted, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Preheat oven to 350°.
Grease and flour a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan. Combine eggs, butter, apple butter and milk in large bowl.
Beat well.
Stir in pecans and raisins.
Combine flour, sugar and cinnamon in medium size bowl.
Add to egg mixture.
Stir just to moisten.
Pour batter into loaf pan.
Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 5 minutes, or until pick inserted comes out clean.
Cool in pan 10 minutes.
Remove from pan and place on rack.
Cool completely before slicing.
