Apple Bread
Apple Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 4 eggs, slightly beaten, 1 c. oil, 4 tbsp. sour cream and 2 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Preheat oven to 350°.
Grease and flour 3 (1 pound) coffee cans.
Blend sugar and eggs.
Add oil, sour cream, vanilla and apples.
Combine dry ingredients and add to sugar mixture.
Pour into coffee cans. Bake, upright, at 350° for 1 hour. Shake out onto wire rack to cool, then return to coffee cans.
Apply lids and store in refrigerator until ready to serve.
