Appetizer Meatballs
Appetizer Meatballs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 3/4 tsp. salt, 1 tbsp. minced onion, 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs and 1/2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
In large mixing bowl, combine meat, salt, onion, bread crumbs and milk.
Toss lightly until well blended.
Shape into bite-sized meatballs.
Roll in flour.
Preheat multi-cooker frypan.
Brown meatballs on all sides in hot butter.
Remove meatballs as they brown.
Combine remaining ingredients and stir into frypan.
Stir well to bring up bits of browned meat from bottom of frypan.
Bring to boil.
Add meatballs to sauce.
Cover and simmer very gently 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve as hot appetizers with toothpicks.
Serve hot or cold.
Makes 50 balls.
