Anytime Muffins
Anytime Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. rolled oats, 2 c. boiling water, 4 eggs, beaten, 2 c. sugar and 1 c. oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Combine oats and boiling water; let cool.
Mix together eggs, sugar, oil and buttermilk.
Stir in sifted dry ingredients with All-Bran just until moistened.
Store in covered containers in refrigerator up to 6 weeks.
Bake in well-greased muffin tins. Raisins, nuts or chopped dates may be added to batter before baking at 375Β° for 15 to 20 minutes.
Makes 5 to 6 dozen muffins.
