Antipasto Salad Tray
Antipasto Salad Tray is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 head romaine lettuce, washed, dried and torn, 1/2 head iceberg lettuce, 3 green onions, chopped, 1/2 c. red cabbage, shredded and 1/2 lb. cubed mozzarella, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Toss together salad ingredients and place on large platter. Then arrange attractively on a bed of lettuce the cheese, summer sausage, artichokes, red peppers, olives, tomatoes and avocados (marinate avocados in lemon juice with slice onion, garlic salt and pepper to taste).
Top with Garlic Romano Vinaigrette.
