Made with 1/2 head lettuce, washed and torn into bite size pieces, 1 tomato, washed and cut into bite size pieces, 6 slices hard (genoa) salami, cut into quarters, 6 slices provolone cheese, cut into quarters and olive oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
