Antipasto Salad
Antipasto Salad is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) pkg. rotini pasta, 1 (15 oz.) can garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained, 1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. sliced pepperoni, halved, 1 (2 1/4 oz.) can sliced ripe olives, drained and 1/2 c. diced sweet pepper (red), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cook the pasta according to package directions.
Drain and rinse with cold water.
Place in a large salad bowl.
Add the next 12 ingredients.
In a jar with tight fitting lid, shake oil and lemon juice.
Pour over salad and toss.
Cover and refrigerate 6 hours or overnight.
Stir before serving.
