Annie's Breakfast Casserole
Annie'S Breakfast Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 to 2 c. cut up ham, sausage or bacon, 2 to 3 c. cubed bread (you can use more), 2 c. mild cheese, cubed, 4 large eggs and 2 1/2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Mix ham, bread and cheese in buttered 9 x 13-inch casserole dish (broccoli optional).
Beat eggs, milk and seasonings.
Pour over first ingredients and refrigerate overnight.
Bake 1 hour at 325Β°.
Watch closely.
Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Very good!
