Ann Jillian's Turkey Meat Loaf
Ann Jillian'S Turkey Meat Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. fresh ground turkey meat, 2 eggs, 2 tsp. salt, pepper and 15 oz. can health valley brand natural tomato soup or another brand, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix all ingredients in mixing bowl by hand.
Pack into a 9-inch greased loaf pan (glass preferred).
Cook at 350° to 375° for 55 minutes.
Leave out of oven for 3 minutes.
Slice and serve.
Serve with real mashed potatoes, creamed corn and early baby peas.
Gravy from meat loaf is just right on potatoes.
