Angel Rolls
Angel Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. dry yeast, 1/4 c. warm water (105~ to 115~), 2 1/2 to 3 c. all-purpose flour, 1 tsp. baking powder and 1/2 tsp. baking soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Dissolve yeast in warm water in a bowl; let stand 5 minutes. Combine flour, baking powder, soda and salt in a large bowl.
Make a well in center of mixture.
Combine oil, buttermilk and yeast mixture.
Add to dry ingredients; stir just until moistened. (Dough will be sticky.)
Roll dough to 1/2-inch thickness on a lightly floured surface.
Cut with a 2 1/2-inch biscuit cutter. Place rolls on an ungreased baking sheet.
Bake at 350Β° for 16 minutes or until golden brown.
Makes 2 dozen.
