Angel Food Pies

(4 serving) chocolate instant pudding and pie mix, 3 c. milk, 1/2 tsp. almond extract and 1 (16 oz.) container frozen nondairy topping, thawed and divided, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Bake and cool cake as directed on box. Cut in half horizontally with serrated knife.
Place on plate with cut sides up.
Cut cake 1 1/2-inches from outer edge, down 3/4-inch and through to center.
Gently pull cake out to leave 1 1/2-inch wide rim.
Fill center hole with removed cake.
Do both pieces.
