Angel Food Fruit Cake Rolls
Angel Food Fruit Cake Rolls is an easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. angel food cake mix, 1 (21 oz.) can any flavor pie filling and powdered sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Line two
15 1/2 x 10 1/2-inch jelly roll pans with aluminum foil.
Prepare cake mix according to package directions.
Divide between the two pans and spread evenly.
Cut through the batter with a spatula or knife to remove big air bubbles.
Bake 15 minutes.
Turn cake onto a lint-free towel, that has been sprinkled with powdered sugar, right from the oven.
Carefully remove foil.
Beginning at the short end, roll cake and towel jelly roll fashion.
Cool completely.
Unroll cakes and spread about 1 cup of pie filling to within 1-inch of the edge on each cake.
Re-roll and place seam side down on serving plate. Dust with more powdered sugar.
