Angel Food Cake
Angel Food Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. plus 2 tbsp. cake flour, 3/4 c. sugar, 1 1/2 c. egg whites, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Sift together cake flour and sugar.
Set aside.
Beat until foamy egg whites, salt and cream of tartar.
Beat until very stiff. Sprinkle 1 cup sugar over egg whites and beat well.
Add vanilla and almond.
Sprinkle flour mixture over egg whites in small amounts, folding in gently.
Pour into ungreased tube cake pan. Bake 40 minutes at 350Β°.
