Angel Food Cake

Beat egg whites until stiff, but moist.
Add cream of tartar slowly.
Fold in granulated sugar slowly.
Sift powdered sugar and flour together.
Fold into egg whites.
Bake in large tube pan in preheated 300Β° oven for 1 hour.
Turn pan upside down and let cool before removing from pan.
