Angel Cake Dessert(Diabetic) is an easy dinner. Made with 1 loaf size angel food cake, 1/2 c. frozen strawberries, thawed, 1 carton sugar-free, fat-free strawberry yogurt and 1 pkg. sugar-free strawberry gelatin, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Dissolve gelatin in 1 cup hot water.
Let set in refrigerator until it starts to thicken slightly.
Add strawberries which have been thawed and crushed.
Add the yogurt.
Place cake shell in a loaf pan; alternate strawberry mixture and cake.
End with cake. Cover and place in the refrigerator until set.
Slice and serve.
