Angel Biscuits

Dissolve yeast in warm water; set aside.
In medium bowl, mix 3 1/2 cups flour with other dry ingredients; cut in Crisco.
Stir in buttermilk, yeast mixture and egg; blend thoroughly.
Turn out onto a lightly floured surface.
Knead slightly, adding remaining flour, if needed.
Roll out dough to 1/2-inch thickness.
Cut with a 2-inch cutter, dipping into flour as needed.
Place on lightly greased baking sheet.
Let dough rise slightly.
Bake at 400Β° for 12 to 15 minutes, or until lightly browned.
