Amish Friendship Bread
Amish Friendship Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2/3 c. oil, 3 eggs, 1 tsp. vanilla, 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder and 1/2 tsp. baking soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Do not use beater, just mix.
You may add any of the following
1/2 cup diced apples, raisins, candied fruit and top with slivered almonds or walnuts.
Pour into 2 well-greased (sticks: use flour first) and sugared loaf pans.
Bake 40 to 50 minutes at 350Β°.
Check after 35 minutes. Cool 10 minutes before removing.
The bread freezes beautifully.
It is so good you may want to keep one of the starters for yourself.
