Amish Barn Soup
Amish Barn Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. chopped onions, 3 tbsp. margarine, 6 c. water, 6 to 8 chicken bouillon cubes and 8 oz. noodles, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Saute together the chopped onions and margarine.
Bring to a boil the water and add bouillon cubes.
Add noodles and cook 3 minutes.
Then add broccoli and salt and cook until tender.
Stir in garlic powder, milk, Velveeta and black pepper.
Heat until cheese melts.
