Place peaches, pears and pineapple in baking dish.
In the center of each piece of fruit put 1/2 teaspoon brown sugar, 1/2 teaspoon vinegar, dab of butter and sprinkle of cinnamon.
Place cherry on each piece of fruit.
Bake 30 minutes at 325Β°.
Serve hot.
