Ambrosia Mold
Ambrosia Mold is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in about 1 hour 26 minutes. Made with (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained), c. boiling water, large pkg. jell-o (orange, sugar-free), c. thawed cool whip and mandarin oranges, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Drain pineapple, reserving juice.
Add enough water to measure 1 cup.
Stir boiling water into Jell-O in large bowl until dissolved.
Stir in measured liquid.
Refrigerate about 1 1/2 hours until slightly thickened.
Stir in whipped topping with wire whisk until smooth.
Refrigerate 10 minutes until mixture will mound. Stir in pineapple, oranges, marshmallows and coconut.
Spoon into 6 cup mold.
Makes 8 to 10 servings.
