Ambrosia Fruit Salad
Ambrosia Fruit Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (1 lb. 4 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained well, 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained well, 2 medium bananas, sliced, 2 to 3 apples, diced and 1/2 c. raisins, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In medium size bowl, lightly toss fruits, raisins and coconut. Stir yogurt until creamy.
Add to fruit mixture.
