Grease and flour tube pan.
Mix at slow speed the flour, sugar, mayonnaise, milk, eggs, soda, salt and spices.
Mix for 2 minutes, scraping bowl frequently, then add the rest of the ingredients.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 minutes. Frost with Dream Whip.
