Grease and flour 2 (9-inch) round baking pans.
In a large bowl with mixer at low speed beat the first 10 ingredients 2 minutes. Stir in apples, raisins, and nuts.
Pour into pans.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes or until tester inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes in pans and remove.
Frost with sour cream frosting when cool.
