Amazin' Raisin Cake
Amazin' Raisin Cake is an impressive dinner. Made with 3 c. unsifted flour, 2 c. sugar, 1 c. mayonnaise, 1/3 c. milk and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Grease and
(9-inch) baking pans. In large bowl with electric speed, beat flour, sugar, mayonnaise, milk, egg, soda, cinnamon, salt, cloves and nutmeg, 2 minutes, scraping bowl often.
(Batter will be thick.) Stir in apples spoon, also raisins and nuts.
Spoon batter in pans. Bake for 45 minutes or until tester in center comes out clean.
Cool in pans 10 minutes.
Remove; cool, fill and frost with 2 cups whipped cream.
