All-Bran Refrigerator Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. shortening, 1 c. boiling water, 1/2 c. sugar, 1 c. all-bran cereal and 1 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

In large bowl, mix shortening, water, sugar, All-Bran and salt. Let stand until lukewarm.
Beat eggs; stir into lukewarm ingredients.
Stir in yeast dissolved in water.
Add 3 cups whole wheat and 3 cups white flour, stirring as added.
Never use more than 7 cups.
Brush top with melted butter and cover tightly with wax paper.
Place in refrigerator for several hours or days.
