All-Bran Muffins
All-Bran Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour, 1/2 c. sugar, 1 tsp. baking powder, 1/4 tsp. salt and 2 c. all-bran cereal, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Sift together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt; set aside. In large mixing bowl, combine All-Bran and milk.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Add egg and oil; mix well.
Add grated carrot; fold in. Pour mixture evenly into 12 muffin tins.
Sprinkle a little sugar over each muffin.
Bake at 400Β° for about 20 minutes.
