Alice's Corn Casserole
Alice'S Corn Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (15 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained, 1 (5 oz.) pkg. yellow rice with saffron, 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can mushroom soup, 1 (2.5 oz.) jar pimentos and small bell pepper, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cook rice according to directions.
Add corn and mushroom soup.
Saute pimento, onions and peppers.
