Albert's Mexican Casserole
Albert'S Mexican Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground meat, 1 medium onion, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 3/4 lb. cheddar cheese, grated, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Brown ground meat and onion.
Drain off all grease.
Add soup and hot sauce.
Line bottom of casserole dish with 1/2 package of crushed Doritos.
Add layer of grated cheese.
Pour in meat mixture and top with remaining Doritos and grated cheese.
Bake in 350Β° oven until cheese melts.
