Ada's Meringue Cookies
Ada'S Meringue Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 egg whites, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. vanilla, 1 1/2 c. sugar and 3 c. crushed cornflakes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Beat egg whites, salt and vanilla until frothy.
Beat in sugar, 1 tablespoon at a time.
Beat until very stiff.
Fold in chips and cornflakes.
Drop by scant teaspoonful, well apart onto a well-greased cookie sheet.
Bake in a 350Β° oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
Cool slightly before removing to cooling rack.
Yield
4 dozen.
