Acorn Squash
Acorn Squash is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in just 54 minutes. Made with medium sized acorn squash, butter or margarine and salt and pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cut squash in half and scrape out seeds.
Rinse.
Rub inside of squash with margarine stick.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Turn cut side down on cookie sheet and bake in a moderate (350Β°) oven until baked and easily pierced with a fork (approximately 1/2 hour).
Remove from oven, scrape out of skin and mash with butter.
