Acini De Pepe Salad
Acini De Pepe Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. ronzoni pasta, 1 tsp. salt, 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, 2 cans mandarin oranges and 1 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Boil Ronzoni in 4 cups water for 15 to 20 minutes or until tender; drain and cool.
Drain juice of pineapple and oranges into saucepan.
Add sugar, eggs and flour.
Cook over medium heat; stir constantly until thick like pudding.
Mix pineapple, oranges and cooled pasta gently; fold in pudding mixture.
Chill overnight or a whole day.
When ready to serve, add marshmallows and Cool Whip.
Toss gently and enjoy.
