Finely roll 13 cookies.
Scoop 1/3 cup chocolate ice cream into each of 6 (8-ounce) parfait glasses.
Layer each with 1 tablespoon fudge sauce and 1 tablespoon cookie crumbs.
Top with 1/3 cup vanilla ice cream, remaining fudge sauce and cookie crumbs.
Freeze until serving time.
To serve, garnish with whipped topping and remaining cookies.
