7-Up Cake
7-Up Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 sticks butter (do not use margarine), 3 cups sugar, 5 eggs, 3 cups flour and 2 tablespoons pure lemon extract, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix butter and sugar until light and fluffy, about 15 minutes.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Add 3 cups flour and 2 tablespoons pure lemon extract. Mix well and fold in 7-Up.
Pour into a well greased and floured bundt cake pan.
Bake 1-1 1/4 hours or until cake test comes out clean. Do not overbake.
Sprinkle top with powdered sugar or use a lemon glaze.
