Place bacon, onion, bell pepper and garlic in 7 x 11-inch glass baking dish.
Cover with wax paper.
Microwave on High (100%) 5 minutes.
Stir in beans, brown sugar, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and Creole seasoning.
Cover with wax paper. Microwave on High (100%) 20 minutes, stirring at 10 minutes. Continue to microwave on High (100%) 5 minutes, stirring at 2 minutes.
Let stand, covered, 5 minutes before serving.
Cooking time is 30 minutes.
