Cream butter, sugar and brown sugar together.
Add eggs and vanilla.
Then add flour, ground oatmeal, soda and salt.
Grate chocolate bar into mix.
Add chocolate chips and chopped nuts.
Place golf ball sized mounds 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake in preheated oven at 375Β° for 6-8 minutes or until light brown.
Makes 6-8 dozen.
