4 Flavored Pound Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 2/3 c. less 1 tbsp. flour, 3 tsp. baking powder, 1/8 tsp. salt, 1 c. plus 2 tbsp. sugar and 1/2 c. canola oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Spray Bundt pan; dust with flour and set aside.
Combine flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, oil, applesauce and milk; beat with mixer until batter is smooth.
Add extracts; fold in 1/3 of beaten egg whites.
Gently fold in remaining beaten egg whites. Pour batter into prepared pan.
Bake in 325Β° (preheated) oven 45 to 60 minutes.
Cool 10 to 15 minutes.
Remove from pan.
