1,2,3,4 Marble Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. sifted cake flour, 3 tsp. baking powder, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1 c. butter and 2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Combine butter, sugar and vanilla in large mixing bowl.
Cream for 10 minutes.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. In medium bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder and salt. Gently beat in flour mixture to creamed mixture in four additions, alternately with milk until smooth after each addition.
Turn half the batter into prepared pan (tube pan).
