Cook onions and pepper in small amount of salad oil until soft. Add ground beef.
Brown it.
Pour off drippings.
Add and mix in flour.
Add canned tomatoes.
Cook 5 to 8 minutes.
Put sliced zucchini in casserole.
Cover with tomato-meat mixture and bake uncovered in 350Β° oven for 30 minutes.
