Zucchini-Stuffing Casserole
Zucchini-Stuffing Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. squash, 1 large onion, chopped, 1 c. sour cream, 1 can undiluted cream of chicken soup and 1 large bag stuffing mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cook squash until tender, drain, mash lightly and drain again. Make stuffing according to directions.
Layer 1/2 of stuffing on bottom of 9 x 12-inch casserole dish.
Mix rest of ingredients together, layer and then top with remaining stuffing.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 to 60 minutes.
