Zucchini Soup
Zucchini Soup is an easy dinner. Made with 6 to 7 medium pork chops, 3 to 4 large zucchini, 2 cans whole kernel corn and 1 can tomato sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cut pork chops and zucchini into bite size pieces.
Fry pork pieces along with bones in ungreased pan until cooked.
Transfer meat into a deep pot.
Add zucchini, drained corn and tomato sauce.
Add enough water to cover ingredients and season to taste. Let boil on medium heat until cooked or until zucchini is soft enough to eat.
Pour over cornbread, if desired, when serving.
