Zucchini Pineapple Bread
Zucchini Pineapple Bread is an impressive dinner. Made with 3 eggs, 1 c. oil, 2 c. sugar, 2 tsp. vanilla and 2 c. shredded zucchini, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Sift together flour, soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Set aside.
In large bowl combine eggs, oil, sugar, vanilla, zucchini and pineapple.
Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in raisins and pecans.
Makes 2 large loaves, or 7 small loaves.
Bake at 350Β°; large loaves for 1 hour, small loaves 30 minutes.
