Zucchini Pie
Zucchini Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. zucchini, cooked, peeled and cut into small pieces, 1 c. milnot, 2 rounded tbsp. flour, 1 1/2 tbsp. oleo and 1 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Blend all together and pour into unbaked pie shell.
Sprinkle cinnamon on top of filling.
Bake 10 minutes at 425°.
Reduce to 350° and bake until a knife inserted in middle comes out clean, 30 to 45 minutes or until done.
