Zucchini Pie
Zucchini Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with refrigerated crescent dinner rolls, 2 tbsp. mustard, 1 stick oleo, 4 c. sliced zucchini (very thin) and 1 c. sliced onions, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Line a large pie pan with rolls.
Spread with mustard.
Simmer with oleo until soft and transparent, zucchini and onions.
Add spices.
Beat eggs and mix with cheese.
Pour zucchini mixture into eggs and cheese and mix well.

Bake at 350Β° for 25 minutes.
Let stand for 10 to 15 minutes.
Cut and serve.
