Zucchini Pie

Made with 3 c. zucchini, sliced thin or diced (3 or 4 zucchini), 1 small onion, chopped, 4 large eggs or 5 medium, 1 c. bisquick and 4 slices packaged muenster cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mix together all ingredients except cheese (Muenster) in one large bowl. Pour mixture into greased pie plate or quiche dish. Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 35 minutes.
