Zucchini Meat Loaf
Zucchini Meat Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. hamburg, 1 c. shredded zucchini, 1 c. fresh bread crumbs, 1/3 c. chili sauce plus more for brushing and 1 tbsp. horseradish, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

π¨βπ³ Instructions
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
In a bowl, combine hamburg, zucchini, bread crumbs and seasonings.
(Mixture will be very wet.)
Shape into 6 mini meat loaves.
Place in a baking pan.
Bake for 45 minutes.
Remove from oven.
Brush on additional chili sauce on the tops of meat loaves.
Bake an additional 10 minutes.
