Zucchini Lasagna Pie
Zucchini Lasagna Pie is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1 c. small curd cream-style cottage cheese, 2 c. shredded mozzarella, divided, 1/2 tsp. basil and 2 medium tomatoes, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Cook and crumble ground meat in skillet.
Add onion and brown. Grease 13 x 9-inch casserole.
Put cottage cheese in bottom, then layer with 1/2 of each cheese.
Add herbs, paste, water and tomatoes to meat and heat.
Spoon over cheese.
Sprinkle half of remaining Mozzarella cheese, then top with zucchini.
