Made with 6 c. shredded zucchini, 5 c. sugar, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 1 8 oz. can crushed pineapple and juice to equal 1 c. and 2 3 oz. or 1 6 oz. box of jello or 2/3 c. jello, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors.
