Zucchini Jam is an easy dinner. Made with 6 c. zucchini, 1/2 c. lemon juice, 6 c. sugar, 1 c. drained, crushed pineapple and 2 small boxes apricot jello, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Peel and grate zucchini.
